THE BIGGER PICTURE; A THREE PRONG APPROACH
Sometimes parents and families need a little bit of extra help getting a grasp on how to opperate in their child's world. Parent workshops focus on giving parents skills that they need implement behavior plans, navigate through services, or pick providers.

IN THE HOME
The majority of the services provided by Puzzles occur in the home. Implementing stratagies to create an enviornment that allows for good behavior is a very important step towards sucsess. We look at behavior from a functional perspective, and help familes dissect the factors that contribute to negative outbursts. Through careful consideration of factors that influence behavior, plans are created and put in place allowing incredible changes to take place.
IN THE COMMUNITY
It is important to understand that a child's world stretches outside of the home. Often, children with Invisible Disabilities lose their place in the community due to low self-regulation skills. When writing behavioral plans, Puzzles staff will help families creativly come up with activities to integrate your child into the community, giving them a sense of both empowerment and belonging.
The third major section of your child's world is at school. Included in our initial package is a school interview and observation. Giving children consitency across all enviornments, and digging to find the things that work for a child is always a Puzzles priority.
